At Desnet, we have a team of experienced engineers and CAD drafters who are well-versed in the technical aspects of the HVAC/R industry. With our in-house CAD designers, we significantly reduce turnaround times for construction drawings, making it easier for consultants and architects to collaborate with our design team.

We specialize in producing good-for-construction (GFC) drawings, whether from marked prints provided by clients or through our detailed facility surveys of MEP building services. Our designers are efficient in creating layout drawings, floor plans, elevations and sections, electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, as well as public health and fire protection layouts.

Additionally, we offer comprehensive as-built solutions, ensuring that our CAD drafters deliver professional-quality as-fitted drawings, enabling timely project handovers.

Each supervisor manages teams of trained technicians and helpers, directing service requests efficiently.

For all HVAC plant and AHU operations, our operators and technicians meticulously maintain logbooks to track essential operating parameters.
